Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Media Authorization

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, acknowledge that my child’s participation in Mighty Minds Expo involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical activity, group interaction, and workshop engagement. I voluntarily assume all risks and hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mighty Minds Expo, Agent Ask, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation, including claims of negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept financial responsibility for any resulting care. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
